We primarily use high-quality SBS and PVC roll materials from well-known manufacturers (Tehnonicol, Bauder, Protan) for flat roof construction.
SBS roofing material is the most commonly used for flat roof construction. It is made from bitumen and is also used in rooftop parking lots and waterproofing works.
PVC roofing (Protan roofing membrane) is used in flat roof construction, balcony flooring, and terrace flooring. Protan is a Norwegian manufacturer, and our employees have undergone the necessary training and hold installation certificates for these works. Protan provides a 15-year warranty on its products. In the harsh Nordic conditions, Protan PVC roofing has been in use for nearly 40 years.
For flat roof insulation, the primary insulation materials are fire-resistant, load-bearing rock wool or EPS expanded polystyrene boards (Isover, Paroc, Reiden).
Rock wool is made from volcanic rocks and has the following properties:

· Energy-efficient
· Moisture-resistant
· Safe
· Soundproofing
· Reusable
EPS (expanded polystyrene) is one of the most widely used insulation materials in construction, from the foundation to the roof. Its properties include:
· Easy to handle
· Excellent thermal insulation
· Good sound and noise insulation
· Moisture resistance
· High load-bearing capacity
· Environmentally friendly (clean and safe)
· Does not promote microorganism growth
· Maintains shape over time (does not deform)
· Flame-resistant and self-extinguishing
We carry out flat roof works along with necessary sheet metal work—various edge flashings, ridge flashings, load-bearing profile sheets, eaves flashings, and rainwater systems (Toode, Ruukki), including rainwater drainage traps and gutters. Additionally, our services include flat roof ventilation installation, vapor barrier installation, and roof penetrations. As a final result, the client receives a fully completed and functional flat roof with all documentation (warranty, reports, sketches, etc.).

For flat roof renovations, we offer services from consultation to project completion. In collaboration with design firms, we provide thermal calculations, roof drawings, and design services. We help answer questions such as: Should the flat roof only be covered or also insulated? Is a simple repair sufficient? How much insulation should be installed, and what type? How should flat roof ventilation be handled? Should the old roof be removed or not?
For new flat roofs, we can also develop missing detail sketches. As a separate service, we offer the installation of load-bearing profile sheets for new flat roofs.
